A Series B AI company building agents that do real accounting and finance work end to end, used daily by accountants for complex tasks, with capabilities improving every month.

The Role

Our client is hiring Deployment Intelligence Strategists (5-10 years) to own post-sale implementation and adoption of its AI platform at top accounting firms. You will bring strong customer empathy, process orientation and ideally some accounting background to a fast-growing team deploying real AI agents into the real economy.

What You Will Do

• Own the customer journey from contract signing through pilot, implementation, training and ongoing adoption.
• Run workshops and training sessions that teach accounting firms to use the company's AI agents.
• Troubleshoot issues and act as the primary project manager for each account.
• Translate customer business goals into agent workflows that transform how accounting gets done.
• Give Engineering constant product feedback from customer interactions.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation, financial transformation or a related customer-facing role at a startup or mid-stage company
• Strong articulation, customer empathy and enterprise relationship management
• Process orientation and end-to-end management of complex platform implementations
• Based in NYC and able to work in the Flatiron office 5 days a week
• US work authorization without sponsorship

Nice to Have

• Accounting fundamentals (QuickBooks, NetSuite, general ledger); a CPA or accounting background is a major plus
