The Role

Our client is hiring a Frontend Member of Technical Staff (7+ years, Staff/L6 level) to help scale the company as it prepares for its US launch. Think of it like joining a major consumer platform in its early days: high ownership, no politics, and the architecture challenges of a product already serving tens of millions of users. You will report to the founding frontend engineer and guide technical direction as a senior individual contributor.

What You Will Do

  • Own and build core user-facing features across creation and discovery on the company using React, Next.js and React Native.
  • Solve scaling and performance challenges as the platform doubles users every three months.
  • Work across the full frontend stack, from caching and server pages on Vercel to authentication and backend integration.
  • Ship new features daily in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environment.

What You Bring

  • 7-12 years of frontend engineering with React on consumer-facing products, at Staff (L6) level
  • L6-level experience at a top consumer tech company or equivalent
  • Frontend experience on consumer platforms or marketplaces at scale
  • CS, EECS or equivalent degree from a top-50 university
  • Takes ideas independently from concept to shipped product; decisive and fast-moving
  • A Staff-level IC focus (not seeking to manage)
  • Ability to work in the Palo Alto office 4 days a week

Nice to Have

  • Data-rich, real-time, high-quality user interfaces
  • Backend code that connects to the frontend

Interview Process

Intro call with the Head of Talent (30 min), intro call with the CTO (30 min), technical screen (1 hour), on-site final round (half day).
