The Role

Our client is hiring Senior Frontend Engineers (3-7 years) to build the user experiences that power its voice automation platform, from dashboards and analytics to customer-facing tools. You will join a small, high-ownership frontend team reporting directly to the CTO, owning projects end to end and shipping features thousands of companies use in production. The team works a high-intensity startup schedule.

What You Will Do

  • Build and ship React-heavy features end to end (prompt management, dashboards, analytics).
  • Write production-grade React and TypeScript, including deep state management and UI performance for data-rich dashboards.
  • Collaborate with backend and full-stack engineers on a team of about seven frontend-focused developers.
  • Work directly with customers to onboard, debug and turn feedback into UX improvements.
  • Own frontend architecture decisions and iterate rapidly.

What You Bring

  • 3-7 years of frontend engineering focused on React, active in your current or most recent role
  • Expert-level React you can write without AI assistance, plus production TypeScript and Node.js
  • 1.5+ years at a VC-backed startup, and at least one role at a well-known tech company or high-growth YC startup
  • B.S. in computer science, computer engineering or electrical engineering from a top university
  • A truly frontend focus (not primarily full stack)
  • Ability to work on-site in Redwood City Monday-Friday plus one remote day

Nice to Have

  • Strong YC startup or top-company experience can offset the school requirement
