Compensation: $170,000 - $225,000 + competitive equity

A venture-backed provider of insurance-covered mental health services designed for autistic and neurodivergent adults.

The Role

Our client is hiring a Senior Product Engineer (5+ years): a product-minded, full-stack builder excited to own real work in building the first comprehensive platform for autistic and neurodivergent adults. This is a foundational hire as the company scales into new verticals, with about 70% greenfield work.

What You Will Do

• Build new product across the stack, from client intake and clinician tooling to medication management and ADHD features.
• Design and ship backend APIs and frontend experiences in a TypeScript monorepo (Node/Fastify, React, Supabase, tRPC, Prisma).
• Work directly with operations, clinical teams and incoming PMs to validate and ship solutions to real user problems.
• Own projects end to end with real influence on product direction.
• Contribute to developer experience: CI/CD, observability and code quality.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of full-stack product engineering
• Strong TypeScript with Node.js and React
• Product mindset and end-to-end ownership
• Ability to work in the Chelsea, NYC office 2-4 days a week
• US work authorization without sponsorship
