Compensation: $195,000 - $250,000 + competitive equity

A growth-stage company rebuilding medical claims with a revenue cycle automation platform that sits between providers and insurers so everyday claims get paid cleanly.

The Role

Our client is hiring Senior Software Engineers (8+ years) to join a high-velocity team building the platform that is remaking how healthcare providers get paid. You will own large areas of product and infrastructure end to end, designing, shipping and scaling complex services that eliminate manual work. The team values strong CS fundamentals and the ability to write production code without leaning on AI tools.

What You Will Do

• Design, build and maintain complex services across the stack in Python, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL and GCP.
• Own features from architecture through deployment and production reliability.
• Lead scalability and infrastructure improvements as enterprise usage grows.
• Work with product, design and cross-functional partners on robust solutions.
• Raise the engineering bar through live coding interviews and mentorship.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of software engineering, ideally at fast-growing startups
• Strong CS fundamentals and the ability to code fluently without AI assistance
• Full-stack experience with Python, TypeScript, React and PostgreSQL
• A record of upward trajectory and deep technical problem-solving
• Ability to work 4 days a week in the New York, San Francisco or Denver office
