A venture-backed financial operations platform for construction that connects decades-old industry systems and deploys AI for invoicing, compliance and billing.

The Role

Our client is hiring a smart generalist to become an expert on its product and lead both sales demos and customer implementations, reporting directly to the co-founder/CEO. You will guide customers from technical sales support through hands-on onboarding, project management and customer success, learning a complex B2B product in depth as the company onboards 5-8 new customers a week.

What You Will Do

• Lead discovery and product demos with Sales, answer technical questions and qualify fit.
• Own customer onboardings end to end: configure the product, train customers and serve as their primary contact.
• Project-manage many implementations at once with plans, timelines, milestones and escalations.
• Spot churn risks and upsell opportunities, and feed product feedback to engineering.
• Build templates, tooling, documentation and education materials that scale onboarding to hundreds of customers.
• Define and improve KPIs for onboarding timelines.

What You Bring

• A strong generalist with technical aptitude and excellent communication
• Experience with customer-facing technical work such as solutions, implementation or customer success
• Project management skills across many parallel customers
• Ability to work in person in downtown San Francisco 5 days a week
