Location: Hybrid in New York, NY (Union Square) or San Francisco, CA (SoMa), 3-4 days per week in office; 10-20% domestic travel
Compensation: $140,000 - $200,000 + meaningful equity; sign-on bonus available

About the Company

A growth-stage company building the AI-native operating system for mortgage servicing, with over $100B in mortgages on its platform and major enterprise deployments underway.

The Role

Our client is hiring Deployment Strategists (3-6 years) to own live enterprise deployments of the company for the largest mortgage servicers in the country. This is for a high-horsepower operator from consulting, banking, investing or a high-growth startup who wants to move from making recommendations to owning outcomes end to end, deploying eight- and nine-figure enterprise contracts.

What You Will Do

  • Own enterprise deployments from understanding a client's operation through platform configuration, adoption and measurable business results.
  • Spend time on-site with customers observing workflows, digging into data and solving operational problems.
  • Partner with engineering and product to turn messy legacy workflows into scalable software.
  • Make decisions with incomplete information across deployments that all look different.
  • Build the playbooks, tooling and processes that make future rollouts faster.

What You Bring

  • 3-6 years in strategy consulting (MBB), investment banking, private equity, hedge funds or a high-growth startup
  • Undergraduate degree from a top-20 university (or international equivalent)
  • Demonstrated, daily AI fluency with AI tools and coding agents
  • Built playbooks, tooling or processes from scratch
  • High agency and ownership; comfortable in ambiguity
  • Career stability (promotions within a company are a strong plus)
  • Hybrid in NYC or SF 3-4 days a week and 10-20% domestic travel

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a fast-growing startup such as Scale AI
  • SQL, Python or data warehousing familiarity
