The Role

Our client is hiring Deployment Strategists to work directly with the founders building for the private equity market. This is a chance to join the founding team, shape product strategy and culture, and see the full lifecycle from sales to delivering customer value.

What You Will Do

• Partner with the founders to design and refine core AI agent workflows.
• Lead customer engagements end to end and increasingly own client relationships.
• Operate from first principles with high autonomy.
• Feed client insights into product development and strategy.
• Support sales to win new clients and recurring engagements.

What You Bring

• 1.5+ years of management consulting at a top firm (Bain, McKinsey, BCG) with significant commercial due diligence work
• Ideally 1-2 years as a private equity associate
• High autonomy and first-principles thinking
• Ability to work in the San Francisco office 6 days a week
