A fast-growing Series C fintech building industry-specific business banking that powers billions of dollars a year in business purchasing, now expanding into enterprise finance.

The Role

Our client is hiring a Product Manager (5-9 years) to own and scale its Enterprise Finance product suite, making the platform ready for organizations with thousands of employees. As the founding PM for this initiative, you will work 0-to-1 on accounting integrations, accounts receivable, accounts payable and expense management, owning roadmap, strategy, design, adoption and revenue.

What You Will Do

• Own the Enterprise Finance roadmap, starting with accounting integrations (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, Xero) so enterprise controllers can adopt the company.
• Work directly with customers and enterprise sales to gather feedback, prioritize features and unblock high-value deals.
• Collaborate daily with engineers to ship at startup speed.
• Design intuitive UX for complex finance workflows, sharing product and design ownership, using AI prototyping tools.
• Turn insight from enterprise prospects, conferences and industry research into clear product strategy.

What You Bring

• 5-9 years of product management, ideally at a fintech or a company building accounting/finance products
• Hands-on experience with accounting, AP/AR or ERP integration products (not just adjacent exposure)
• Ability to scale systems for enterprise customers and work directly with them
• Strong design sensibility for complex finance workflows
• AI-native: comfortable with vibe coding and prototyping tools (Cursor, Replit, Claude Code) plus Figma, Linear and Notion
• Signals of excellence (promotions, end-to-end ownership, strong academics)
• High agency and ability to work in person in San Francisco 5 days a week

Nice to Have

• Founding experience or a side business
• Supporting enterprise sales cycles
• Strong undergraduate background

Interview Process
