Compensation: $200,000 - $280,000 + 0.4% - 0.8% equity

The Role

The company is looking for senior and staff engineers who take risks, iterate, and want a say in every decision. You will design and build scalable, production-ready systems that move money at high throughput, set a high bar, and help drive the company's vision to change how money moves.

What You Will Do

• Design and build scalable backend systems for high-throughput money movement.
• Move fast and build pragmatic systems, then iterate on them.
• Work with large volumes of data.
• Launch and iterate on applications and large software projects.

What You Bring

• 7+ years designing and building scalable, production-ready systems
• Experience with large data volumes and high-throughput backend design
• A track record of launching and iterating on apps or large software projects
• Comfort moving fast in an ambiguous environment

Nice to Have

• FinTech or finance experience
• AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure experience
• Python and React at scale
