A Series B, fully remote software company building AI-native loan origination tools for mortgage lenders, replacing systems built two decades ago. Its platform has powered tens of billions of dollars in new home loans.

The Role

Our client is hiring Senior and Staff Software Engineers to help lead the team building the future of home buying in the US. You will ship code to production on day one and, within your first month, take on a mission-critical project such as architecting and launching multi-step AI agents that customers use to digitize their lending workflows.

What You Will Do

• Architect, build and launch complex, multi-step AI agents for mortgage workflows.
• Own full-stack features from design through deployment across a TypeScript, React and Node.js stack.
• Design scalable services on AWS (ECS, RDS, ElastiCache, Kafka, ElasticSearch).
• Lead technical decisions and raise the engineering bar for a fast-growing remote team.
• Communicate openly about trade-offs and learn quickly from production decisions.

What You Bring

• 5+ years as a senior-level software engineer
• Full-stack web application development from design through deployment
• Production TypeScript, React and Node.js
• Experience building on AWS
• Comfort working remotely during US hours

Nice to Have

• AI agent or LLM product experience
• Fintech, lending or regulated-workflow software
