The Role

Our client is hiring a Growth team member to work directly with the Head of Growth and help scale ARR by an order of magnitude. This is an execution-heavy, high-ownership role across campaigns, experimentation, events, analytics and product-led growth, working with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success and the founders. As an early team member you will shape growth processes from scratch.

What You Will Do

• Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, SEO/AEO, paid media and outbound.
• Run rapid growth experiments across acquisition, activation and conversion.
• Plan and run conferences, dinners, webinars and field marketing.
• Track campaign performance, build reports and improve how growth is measured.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on onboarding, lifecycle, referral and viral growth.

What You Bring

• 1-5+ years in growth, marketing, business operations, consulting, startups or a related field
• An exceptional track record and/or strong B2B performance marketing experience
• Strong analytical skills with funnel data and reporting
• Hands-on execution across channels, from big initiatives to small details
• Proactive and resourceful in ambiguous environments
• Ability to work on-site in New York
