Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 + competitive equity

A late-stage AI company integrating AI agents into housing and healthcare workflows, from leasing and maintenance to scheduling and intake.

The Role

Our client is hiring Solutions Engineers (3-7 years) who have owned end-to-end technical implementations for enterprise SaaS customers. You will own implementation for enterprise housing customers from sales handoff through scoping, configuration, testing and go-live, working across APIs, integrations and configuration-heavy platforms.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full technical implementation lifecycle for enterprise housing customers, from handoff to go-live.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Engagement Managers on a seamless customer experience.
  • Scope requirements, map workflows and turn them into implementation plans.
  • Manage multiple concurrent implementations across product verticals.
  • Travel on-site to customers (about 25%).
  • Work in the data and API layer: integrations, data trends and data migration.
  • Feed implementation learnings to Product and Engineering, and build playbooks and templates.

What You Bring

  • 3-7 years in solutions engineering, implementation engineering or technical account management
  • End-to-end technical implementations for enterprise SaaS customers
  • Comfort with APIs, system integrations, SQL and configuration-heavy platforms
  • A record of successful go-lives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Willingness to travel about 25%

Nice to Have

  • Consulting-to-PM background with strong technical foundations
